order and zip code for prices. For all open cell foam we vacuum pack the foam to reduce shipping cost. For best results please open package right away. You will have to give the foam 1-2 days to come back to its original shape. It will look a little misshaped and not measure to correct size until after you let it expand back out. Return Policy For Custom Orders - Since the foam mattress are custom made to your specifications, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. For sanitary reason, all foam products is not returnable if original packaging is opened. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs, or Paypal) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. A restock fee of 20% would apply. All claims for damage or defects must be made at time of delivery with carrier. For custom orders such as bed wedges and mattresses are custom made to your specifications, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Please note that because the foam wedges and Charcoal Firm Foam, memory foam and HD23 are freshly made, the foam may have a small smell to it, in which will go away within one week if you let the foam air dry out.
